We are pleased that you have chosen Tress for your service today. Tress is an AVEDA exclusive Salon & Spa that features only AVEDA products. We specialize in natural beauty care and wellness. We hope to exceed your expectation for excellent service and provide you with a memorable experience. Please let one of our team members know if there is anything we can do to make your time with us more enjoyable.


About Your Salon Visit

Your salon service will begin with a consultation with your stylist. You will be provided recommendations based on your hair type, texture, length, condition and lifestyle. The cost of your service will start at menu pricing. If additional service or product is needed, your stylist will advise you on the additional cost. If you have questions about pricing, please feel free to ask your stylist about service costs.

After your consultation sit back and enjoy these complimentary services:


  • A stress-relieving head, neck and shoulder massage featuring an AVEDA Singular Note Aroma that you will choose.

  • During your shampoo service enjoy a hand massage featuring our Hand Relief hand crème. Men receive an aromatic facial refresh.

  • At the completion of your service, you will receive a finishing makeup touch-up, in which you may choose a lip, cheek, eye or powder finish.


About Your Spa Visit

Your service will begin with a thorough consultation with your esthetician. We want to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Please speak freely with your esthetician about your expectations

and any concerns you may have.

A credit card is required to reserve all salon and spa appointments. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy to your service provider.



We kindly ask you to turn off or silence any mobile phones during your service, and to refrain from talking on your phone at the shampoo bowl area and while your service is in progress.

Service Excellence

We strive to provide you with the highest quality of customer and service experience. If we fail to meet all of your individual needs please let us know within 7 days. We will do whatever we can to correct the error and provide you with the experience you deserve and expect.


Late Guest Policy

We understand "life happens". If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 15 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call 559.395.4402

We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Because we are typically booked throughout each day, accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting

every other guest scheduled that day.

Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we can not guarantee that your services will be performed that day. We may require rescheduling your appointment for another day.


Children are welcome only at the time of their appointment
